📦 RAD Shipping & Returns Policy

Thanks for shopping with Rosey Apple Designs (RAD)! Below is everything you need to know about how your items ship and what to expect. By purchasing from our store, you are agreeing to the terms outlined in this Shipping & Returns Policy.

🚚 Processing Time

Every item is handcrafted or custom-made with RAD love and energy. Please allow the following timeframes:

• Digital Products: Instant download via email and your order confirmation page

• Custom Orders (Clack Fans, Party Favors, Sublimation Items): 7–10 business days

• Pre-Made Items: 3–5 business days

📦 Shipping Details

• Domestic (USA) Shipping:

  • Standard: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited: 2–3 business days (extra charges apply)

• Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx – tracking numbers will be provided once your order ships.

• International Shipping: Not available at this time.

🖥️ Design Approvals (for Custom Orders)

You’ll receive a draft design within 4 business days of placing your custom order.
You have 48 hours to approve it. If no response is received, the design will be finalized and sent to production as is.

❌ Returns & Refunds

Due to the customized and digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

• This includes digital downloads, personalized items, and custom-made products (clack fans, sublimation orders, party favors, etc.).

• Double-check your details, spelling, and design proofs carefully before confirming your order.

If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@roseyappledesigns.com with clear photos, and we’ll do our best to assist.
